" Great value, trainers are knowledgeable and easy to work with, the biggest thing is that keeps me accountable for my fitness goals, as I have someone to communicate my progress. "

— Jack Mezey, TU student

" I'm definitely much stronger than I was when I started. Melissa is tough, pushes me, and though I may complain a lot, I'm actually grateful for it. My body hates every minute of it, but it's really a mental barrier at the end of the day. I can stretch further, run farther, and lift heavier than I ever thought I would be able to. Melissa really listened earnestly when I said I was having a hard time with some of the exercises and changed my routine to fit my needs. I appreciate that. "

— Tracey Bellina, TU staff
