Participants learn essential techniques like body positioning, breathing, and different swimming strokes while also receiving water safety education. These lessons cater to people of all ages and skill levels, promoting water confidence, physical fitness, and overall well-being, and offer a supportive environment for individuals to enhance their swimming proficiency and enjoy the water safely.
