Forming and ongoing action of the JEDI Committee.
Providing training and support for staff including recognition of identity and culture-based celebrations.
Conducting ongoing internal equity audits.
Programming outreach initiatives with the Greater New Orleans community.
Developing diverse programming in Club Sports, Fitness and Wellness, Intramural Sports, and Outdoor Adventures.
Creating diverse social media campaigns to highlight JEDI initiatives.
Continuing to assess our programs and services to ensure equitable accessibility.
