Focusing on corrective exercises and high-intensity training like Les Mills GRIT, we'll set Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound goals that are practical, and attainable short and long term. Think of SMART goals! Beyond just workouts, we'll work on cultivating healthy habits that fit effortlessly into your life, stressing the balance and consistency essential for long-term success.
Outside of my academic research, and personal training, I enjoy baking all the goodies in the kitchen, and swing dance with our local and regional communities. 🔬🏋️♂️🍪📅🕺
