Due to expected continued impacts from the inclement winter weather, the Reily Center and TU Fitness Center will remain closed through Wednesday, Jan. 22. All group exercise classes and Campus Rec programming will also be canceled.

Beyond workouts: I am to help you build balanced habits that support lasting fitness success. Fitness is a journey, and everyone's path is unique-I'm here to guide you on yours. 

Outside of training, I am finishing up my doctorate studies and enjoy swing dancing with members of the Tulane community.
