Tonka was born and raised in Slovakia. She is double majoring in Exercise Science and Psychology with a minor in Health and Wellness at Tulane where she also plays on Tulane’s Women’s Golf Team. Tonka holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor, along with an international Les Mills GRIT certification. When Tonka is not training clients, she is teaching as a group fitness instructor. Tonka helps with the Tulane Football Team with Equipment Operations during the year. With her background in golf coaching and competing at World Championships, she understands the importance of incorporating mobility, strength, and cardio into training. Tonka is passionate about helping clients achieve the balance of mind and body through movement, exercise, and mindful practice with a tailor-made program for every client. She likes bringing new exercises to fit the individual goals of her clients. "Staying active and doing what you love with those you love," are the main ingredients for a healthy and active lifestyle, as Tonka says.
