Offerings

Upon selecting what Personal Training offering you'd like, purchase your package online.

Personal Fitness Assessment and Weight Room Orientation

The personal fitness assessment provides members with the opportunity to learn about their current fitness level and provides a basic orientation to the weight room.

This package is 1.5 hours long and does not include the creation of a fitness plan. For help creating a fitness plan, a personal training session package should be purchased.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions are conducted in a one-on-one or partner setting. Clients will work with a personal trainer who will develop an exercise plan that fits their individual needs in order to accomplish their fitness goals. A fitness assessment is included with the purchase of the session package.

30-Minute Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $150 Member
  • 10 sessions: $260 Member

1-Hour Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $260 Member
  • 10 sessions: $375 Member (Student Special: $300)
  • 10 partner sessions: $250 Member

Free Fitness Assessments

Get one-on-one time with our personal trainers to build your confidence in navigating the Weight Room and Functional Fitness Gym with our orientation that will introduce you to strength equipment and provide you with the general knowledge you need to get a full-body workout. The Fitness Assessment includes a body composition analysis, as well as flexibility, strength, and heart-rate evaluation. We are focusing on themes of health each month! In partnership with other departments and student groups on campus, we plan to focus on the importance of health for each of the themes listed below. However, all are welcome to attend and benefit from this FREE monthly service!

  • Monday, January 31: Welcome First Years from 3-5 p.m., sponsored by the Office of First-Year Experience
  • Wednesday, February 9: African American Health Awareness from 3-5 p.m., endorsed by the Alliance of Black Business Students
  • Tuesday, March 15: Women’s Health Awareness from 3-5 p.m., endorsed by Mary Amelia Center for Women's Health Equity Research
  • Thursday, April 7: World Health Day from 3-5 p.m.

Check-in for fitness assessments will be in the Atrium of the Reily Center.

FREE TABLE MASSAGES by PT Solutions in Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine will be available for participants as well! 

Free Weight Room and Functional Fitness Space Orientation

Weight Room & Functional Fitness Space Orientation build your confidence in navigating the Weight Room and Functional Fitness Space at the Reily Student Recreation Center. This Fitness Space Orientation will familiarize you with strength equipment and provide you with the general knowledge you need to get a full-body workout. We are focusing on themes of health each month!
