Upon selecting what Personal Training offering you'd like, purchase your package online.

Personal Fitness Assessment and Weight Room Orientation

The personal fitness assessment provides members with the opportunity to learn about their current fitness level and provides a basic orientation to the weight room.

This package is 1.5 hours long and does not include the creation of a fitness plan. For help creating a fitness plan, a personal training session package should be purchased.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions are conducted in a one-on-one or partner setting. Clients will work with a personal trainer who will develop an exercise plan that fits their individual needs in order to accomplish their fitness goals. A fitness assessment is included with the purchase of the session package.

30-Minute Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $150 Member
  • 10 sessions: $260 Member

1-Hour Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $260 Member
  • 10 sessions: $375 Member (Student Special: $300)
  • 10 partner sessions: $250 Member

Free Fitness Assessments

Get one-on-one time with our personal trainers to build your confidence in navigating the Weight Room and Functional Fitness Gym with our orientation that will introduce you to strength equipment and provide you with the general knowledge you need to get a full-body workout. The Fitness Assessment includes a body composition analysis, as well as flexibility, strength, and heart-rate evaluation. We are focusing on themes of health each month! In partnership with other departments and student groups on campus, we plan to focus on the importance of health for each of the themes listed below. However, all are welcome to attend and benefit from this FREE monthly service!

Free Weight Room and Functional Fitness Space Orientation

Weight Room & Functional Fitness Space Orientation build your confidence in navigating the Weight Room and Functional Fitness Space at the Reily Student Recreation Center. First Year Fit Small Group Training

Are you someone who is new to Tulane and looking for a group of friends to workout with while at Reily? Say less, join our First-Year Fit training program that provides you with the opportunity to meet other fitness-minded individuals looking to adopt new and fun ways to work out! This small group training opportunity is intended for first-year students to get acquainted with our personal training program, as well as meet other first-year students interested in learning about the extended benefits of physical activity through this comprehensive training series. Participants will complete the program with a greater sense of how to set and accomplish their own fitness goals, AND have an opportunity to win fitness swag each week! Fitness swag includes items like a massage gun, foam roller kit, resistance band loops, and fun exercise dice!

September 6 – September 29 

Tuesdays & Thursdays

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM |Functional Fitness Space 

Registration Fee: $150 Member (total of 8 1-hour sessions + Free swag!)

Fitness Training Workshop: Olympic Lifting

Test your knowledge and skills in this new 2-hour fitness workshop, hosted by our Tulane Personal Training staff. This workshop will cover how to properly execute and implement the most popular Olympic lifting exercises into your routine. This class is designed for all fitness levels, experienced lifters may learn something new. A fully equipped barbell pad set is available as a raffle prize for participants! The exercises will range from beginners to advance with emphasis on the specific exercises listed below: 

  • Power Clean (all levels) 
  • Front Squat (all levels) 
  • Squat Clean (Intermediate to Advanced) 
  • Push Jerk (Intermediate to Advanced) 
  • Power Snatch (All levels) 
  • Squat Snatch (Intermediate to Advanced)

Fitness Training Workshop: Glutes Galore

Continue to test your knowledge and skills in this new 2-hour fitness workshop, hosted by our Tulane Personal Training staff. In this workshop, we will cover ALL things GLUTES! This workshop includes learning the general anatomy of glute muscles as well as providing a comprehensive guide to the most effective exercises for men and women to build a stronger lower body overall.  Giveaways and a massage gun are available as a raffle prize!
