Upon selecting what Personal Training offering you'd like, purchase your package online.

Personal Fitness Assessment and Weight Room Orientation

The personal fitness assessment provides members with the opportunity to learn about their current fitness level and provides a basic orientation to the weight room.

This package is 1.5 hours long and does not include the creation of a fitness plan. For help creating a fitness plan, a personal training session package should be purchased.

Fall 2021 Events

Tuesday, November 9th, 3-5 p.m.

As part of Body Respect Week Program: "All Bodies are Good Bodies," come and receive free services from our Personal Training and FitWell staff. Learn your current fitness level and the safest ways to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions are conducted in a one-on-one or partner setting. Clients will work with a personal trainer who will develop an exercise plan that fits their individual needs in order to accomplish their fitness goals. A fitness assessment is included with the purchase of the session package.

30-Minute Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $150 Member
  • 10 sessions: $260 Member

1-Hour Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $260 Member
  • 10 sessions: $375 Member (Student Special: $300)
  • 10 partner sessions: $250 Member


Personal Training Special Events

Free Fitness Assessments

The Fitness Assessment includes a body composition analysis, as well as a heart rate, flexibility, and strength evaluation. Plus, your opportunity to talk to a trainer about setting healthy goals.

Check-in for fitness assessments will be in the Atrium of the Reily Center.

Free Weight Room and Functional Fitness Space Orientation

Weight Room & Functional Fitness Space Orientation Build your confidence in navigating the Weight Room and Functional Fitness Space at the Reily Student Recreation Center. This Fitness Space Orientation will familiarize you with strength equipment and provide you with the general knowledge you need to get a full-body workout.

  • November 9th, 3-5pm

Check-in for orientations will be in the Atrium of the Reily Center.
