Personal Fitness Assessment and Weight Room Orientation

The personal fitness assessment provides members with the opportunity to learn about their current fitness level and provides a basic orientation to the weight room.

This package is 1.5 hours long and does not include the creation of a fitness plan. For help creating a fitness plan, a personal training session package should be purchased.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions are conducted in a one-on-one or partner setting. Clients will work with a personal trainer who will develop an exercise plan that fits their individual needs in order to accomplish their fitness goals. A fitness assessment is included with the purchase of the session package.

30-Minute Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $150 Member
  • 10 sessions: $260 Member

1-Hour Personal Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions: $260 Member
  • 10 sessions: $375 Member (Student Special: $300)
  • 10 partner sessions: $250 Member

Free Fitness Assessments

Get one-on-one time with our personal trainers to build your confidence in achieving your next fitness goals. Work with a trainer to examine your current level of fitness and strategize a game plan for achieving your next level of fitness! The Fitness Assessment includes a body composition analysis, as well as flexibility, strength, and heart-rate evaluation. This free bi-monthly service is available to all patrons at both Uptown and Downtown fitness locations.

Free Weight Room and Functional Fitness Space Orientation

Weight Room & Functional Fitness Space Orientation builds your confidence in navigating the various fitness exercise spaces at the Reily Student Recreation Center (Uptown) and TU Fit (Downtown). With the help of our certified personal trainers, we will familiarize you with strength equipment and provide you with the general knowledge you need to get a full-body workout. This free bi-monthly service is available to all patrons at both Uptown and Downtown fitness locations.

HIT45 Small Group Training

Want to spice up your workout routine with some high intensity functional training ideas and exercises? Join us in this 45-minute circuit training class to discover how to train with special equipment such as Kettlebells, Sandbags, TRX, Boxing bags, and more! This class will include an opportunity for you to work with our personal training staff to learn safe and effective ways to maximize the FUN in your functional fitness training workout. 

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm |Small Group Training Studio, 4th Floor (Reily Center)

March 7th – March 30th  

$80 registration fee

TRXFIT45 Small Group Training

TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Using TRX Suspension Trainers will be primarily used in the class, along with other functional fitness exercises. Expand your knowledge of training equipment and bodyweight training exercises, with the help of our quick TRX training class. Learn exercises of beginning to advanced levels of TRX training in this 45-minute circuit workout class. Participants will learn how to safely and correctly learn popular exercises from our personal training staff to help them develop a routine of TRW workouts.

BOXFIT45 Small Group Training

Look to maximize your high-intensity workouts with this quick boxing training class. Add the fundamentals of heavy bag boxing into your workout routine with this 45-minute circuit workout class. The primary focus will include working with our personal training staff to safely and correctly learn basic boxing bag movements and workouts.

Roll + Flow: Foam Rolling Workshop

Learn and practice the basics of gentle myofascial release paired with yoga postures and sequences to relax your body and muscles. End class with restorative poses and guided relaxation. Foam rolling equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
