Faculty/Staff Small Group Training Classes - Summer Registration 2026

Our fitness friends at the Reily Center are excited to announce that we are continuing to offer TU Faculty/Staff small group training classes this Summer 2026! This summer, we are moving to an extended 8-week training format with three 1-hour long classes available (morning, noon, and evening), on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, starting June 2nd. We also made a few schedule updates to better serve participants:
The morning group will now meet at 6:45 AM (previously 6:15 AM)
The evening class will now meet at 5:45 PM (previously 5:30 PM) and will be held in the Riverside Studio

Registration is currently open! The registration cost is
$138 per participant.

Faculty/Staff Training: Build Strength, Stamina & Flexibility
This program is designed for TU faculty and staff and is led by a certified trainer with experience in our Employee Health Improvement Program and working with all fitness levels. Each session focuses on strength training, flexibility, and stamina to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve overall wellness.
