Rec on the Go

Bring wellness to your colleagues wherever they are with Rec on the Go - Tulane Campus Recreation’s customizable group workout experience designed specifically for student organizations, clubs, campus departments, and affiliated groups. 

Led by our Certified Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructor staff, these sessions are built around your goals, your schedule, and your group’s fitness level. Whether you’re looking to boost team morale, energize your members, or launch an ongoing wellness initiative, we’ll bring the workout directly to you.

Submit a Rec on the Go Custom Class Request Form

Please answer all questions to the best of your ability. Include multiple dates and times for increased availability of spaces and instructors. Classes cannot be held at Reily by non-staff members/instructors, unless the class teaches a format that we do not offer.

Payments are made via electronic inter-departmental transfer or a credit card online.

To pay, log into ActiveNet using your Tulane Credentials. Click the “My Account” button. Then under Payment Details, click ‘Pay on Account’. Payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to scheduled class.

Reservable Spaces

Classes can be held in the following spaces at the Reily Student Recreation Center.

Take your workout outside on our turf field (time and weather permitting). Many class formats can be adapted for outdoors. (Examples: yoga or HIIT circuits.)

The Lakeside and Riverside Studios can accommodate more than 40 participants for a range of classes from strength training to cardio and dance. 

Looking to cycle with your group? The Cycle Studio offers 17 indoor cycling bikes for your group to pedal on. Indoor cycling can be combined with core, strength, or mind/body formats for a ‘fusion’ style class. 

For a cycling class, the max is 17 participants. 

With dimmable lights, the Diboll Mind/Body Studio is perfect for a variety of yoga styles, Pilates, Barre, meditation, mindful movement, relaxation, and core classes for about 35 people.

The Personal Training Studio is equipped with functional training rigs for kettlebell classes, TRX suspension training, sandbags, and boxing workouts. Request a single format or combination for a full circuit. Max capacity is 15 participants.

Learn about and test the equipment in the functional fitness gym, weight room, and atrium, under the instruction of our Fitness team. Additional facility area orientations or focuses are available upon request. This space is reservable for about 25 people.
