Diboll Studio Group Exercise Classes Canceled / Diboll Garage Access (February 6-8, 2026)

Due to a fire that occurred in the Diboll Garage, all group exercise classes located in Diboll Mind/Body Studio are canceled for the rest of the day (Feb 6) and for this weekend (Feb 7-8).

The Diboll Garage will also be inaccessible until further notice while fire damage is being assessed.

Luciana is an undergraduate student and a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise). Her fitness journey began in high school, where she was a member of the varsity weightlifting team, specializing in Olympic lifts and building a strong foundation in strength training. Over time, she transitioned to hypertrophy training, which has become one of her areas of expertise alongside strength training. Luciana is passionate about using her knowledge and experience to help clients at all fitness levels build strength, gain confidence, and live more active fulfilling lives. Whether you're looking to improve your physique, increase your strength, or simply feel more comfortable in the gym, she's here to guide and support you every step of the way!
