Lalah is a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and a Tulane undergraduate student majoring in Public Health and Psychology. In her free time, she loves to spend quality time with her friends and family, thrift, and try new recipes. Lalah was a track athlete for 6 years and first developed her love for fitness, health, and nutrition during her time as a student-athlete. With this, she is inspired to share her love for fitness with her clients. Lalah is excited to partner with each new client to help them reach their fitness goals and apply the tools that they learn in the gym to their everyday life.
