Class Descriptions

Barre

Go beyond working the muscles you use every day and fire up muscles easily over-passed in this ballet-inspired class! Barre blends elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training and combines large, energizing movements with small, precise pulses to create a low-impact, high-intensity workout.

Barre + Pilates Fusion

This class is a no-impact, high intensity, and full body workout.  Principles of ballet and Pilates are used to sculpt every major muscle group quickly and efficiently. Foundations of yoga take the place of a ballet barre to further lengthen and strengthen the body.

Bodypump

The original barbell class that will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body by combining low weight loads with high repetition movements.

Bodypump Express

The original barbell class in a 45 minute format.

Bootcamp

This class combines both strength and cardiovascular training to give participants a challenging, but rewarding, full-body workout. It incorporates functional resistance training and bodyweight exercises in a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format. Class will be held on Brown Field. In case of rain or inclement weather, class will be held in Lakeside.

Cardio Core

This quick and convenient class gets the heart going with high intensity bursts followed by a period of active recovery. Finish off the workout by honing in on the core, targeting the abdominal muscles to help with balance and stabilization.

HIIT 45

By repeating intense bursts of exercise followed by active recovery periods, High Intensity Interval Training will challenge your body and mind and leave you feeling better than you started.

Power Circuit 45

A fun and fast-moving 45-minute class that incorporates full-body strength and cardio exercises into a circuit of 6-15 exercises.
