Natatorium Swim Meet Adjusted Hours (January 16-17, 2026)

The natatorium will have adjusted hours Friday, January 16, through Saturday, January 17, due to the home swim meet. The pool will close early at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, and remain closed on Saturday, Jan. 17.

We will reopen the natatorium on Sunday, January 18, at 8 a.m. with our regular pool hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you at the pool again soon. Thank you for understanding, and Roll Wave!

TU Fit Adjusted Hours (Wednesday, January 14)

TU Fit will be closed on Wednesday, January 14, due to new equipment installation. We will reopen on Thursday, January 15, at 6 a.m. with our spring hours of operation.

Join us for Knockout Negativity, a dynamic boxing demo class where fitness meets mindfulness. This empowering experience is designed to help participants release stress, build resilience, and channel inner strength—one punch at a time. 

Led by experienced boxing instructors and mental wellness advocates, this high-energy session blends basic boxing techniques with motivational coaching, breathing exercises, and mental health check-ins. No experience is necessary—just bring your energy, an open mind, and a willingness to sweat out the stress.

Boxing isn’t just about physical power—it’s a proven way to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and boost confidence. This class helps you:
