Balanced Breathwork

Looking for a powerful way to relieve stress and reconnect with your body? This breathwork session is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and create space for healing. Through a guided breath pattern, participants will explore how the body holds stress and emotion—and how intentional breathing can support restoration, balance, and self-compassion.
