“Have you ever felt overwhelmed or lost when it comes to sticking to a healthy routine? I'm Candis and as a NASM CPT a huge part of my job is to be your accountability partner and to help you consistently show up for yourself. My job is to guide you to a place where you feel competent and in control of your fitness routine. Starting new habits is a lot like space travel. What? Yes, Space travel. The amount of energy, fuel, and power it takes on initial takeoff is extraordinary. But after initial takeoff, the rocket needs a lot less force to do its job.

Habits and a healthy routine are a lot like that, challenging in the beginning then eventually, it takes a lot less willpower. I spent my early life thinking of exercise as something a certain population did- certainly not me. Then in my early 20s, going through a difficult season, I started packing on the pounds. I desperately searched for answers. Starting like a lot of people do, as a cardio bunny on a low-calorie diet. I'd do great for a few weeks then crash. And repeat. I consistently felt incompetent, overwhelmed, and upset with myself for not following through.

I've spent the last decade playing with trial and error, studying, and getting certified on how to live a VITAL life by treating my body in such a way that helps me function well as a whole. I’d love to be there for you on your journey, to help you blast through take off, on course to reach your desired destination.”
