Tulane faculty and staff will have free access to The Reily Center and TU Fit (TU Fitness Center) during Employee Appreciation Week! Register for free small group training demo classes on October 7, and enjoy free drop-in group exercise classes for faculty and staff during the week. We appreciate you!

Fall Break 2025 Adjusted Hours

The Reily Center and TU Fit will have adjusted hours from Thursday, October 2, through Sunday, October 5, during the university's Fall Break. Visit our Hours and Facilities page to view the full adjusted hours. We will resume our regular hours of operation and group exercise schedule on Monday, October 6.

Michelle is an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Public Health while minoring in Health and Wellness. She has a strong interest in sports nutrition and fitness and became certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Having played soccer since a young age, Michelle began training in high school. With a strong background in both health and fitness, Michelle is excited to share her passion for exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness with others. Her goal is to help foster a fun and comfortable environment to help her clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
