Rebecca Horowitz is a Campus Recreation In-House Certified Personal Trainer, currently majoring in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tulane University. After starting her fitness journey with pilates and bodyweight exercises, Rebecca has since branched out into weighted exercise and yoga. Having a broad range of workout styles to explore allows each client to find a workout that is effective and enjoyable to achieve any fitness goal. Even though she loves all disciplines, Rebecca remains especially fond of bodyweight exercises.
