Chris Gonzaba is originally from New Orleans, LA but lived the majority of his life in San Antonio, TX. Chris is a certfied NETA Personal Trainer and is currently in graduate school at Tulane University School of Medicine. His goal as a trainer is to embrace the habit of daily exercise by taking a holistic approach to health and fitness. Additionally, Chris wants his clients to learn the importance of body and spatial awareness while exercising.
