Due to inclement weather and for the safety of our students and staff, the Reily Center is closed until further notice.
The Department of Campus Recreation invites students and staff alike to boost their metabolism, wellness, and confidence by participating in our 50+ FREE Group Exercise classes offered weekly! Not sure what type of class you’d like to take or unsure of a class name? No problem! Click on the following link to check out our full list of class descriptions.
If you are a group fitness participant looking to improve or modify technique, these classes are for you! Once a month we’ll feature a different class format on the schedule and host a workshop that will provide the tools you need to make your workout work for you. Dates & times will be available on our website as well as our social media sites.
This FREE workshop will introduce participants to our new Schwinn Indoor Cycling Bikes and teach the basics of cycling terminology and proper bike set up. Come learn how changing speed and resistance can lead to a fun, personalized ride!
This FREE workshop will focus on common yoga poses and proper alignment. Participants of all-levels yoga are welcome to learn (or refresh) how to set up a variety of poses, find your center, and to venture inward for this 60 minute Vinyasa practice.
