NETA’s Kettlebell Specialty Certification is one of the most comprehensive certification programs for the kettlebell discipline. This introductory course teaches the basics of kettlebell training, including its history, safety techniques, body positioning, alignment and appropriate starting weights. You’ll also learn and experience the most popular exercises – like the swing, clean and press, snatch, and others.

Put on your best Mardi Gras costume and join TU Rec for a 1-mile fun run through campus.  Following the race, top runners will be awarded t-shirts and prizes will be given for best costume(s).  Refreshments are provided for all runners. Register online at or register on-site prior to the start of the race.

Challenge yourself with this 3-mile run & 400yrd swim.  Participants will run through campus and return to the Reily Center to complete the 400yrd swim in our indoor pool.  Pre-register at or on-site at the Reily Center prior to the start of the race.

Join Tulane Outdoor Adventures and discover a hidden geocache in Audubon Park!  We’ll trek from campus through the park using a map, compass, GPS device or even your smartphone while attempting to land on the precise coordinates that contain the hidden items. No experience or equipment necessary.
