Need a break from endless finals studying? This stress busting study break will teach you techniques to let go of tension, build body awareness, and clear your mind all while puppies from local shelters show you unconditional love. This is an all levels class and beginners are welcomed and encouraged! Bring a yoga mat or towel for class. Class is weather dependent-please check website and/or TU Rec app for updates.

This mindful movement yoga class will renew your focus and recharge your brain while taking in the beauty of the outdoors with adorable baby goats! The pool meets HIIT training in this fun introductory class. 

The YogaFit Level One Certification provides the tools to create inspiring Vinyasa yoga classes grounded in proper alignment and exercise science. Participants will learn 46 fundamental YogaFit poses needed to teach an inclusive, well rounded, and safe yoga class to students of all ages, fitness levels, and experience.

Created for those interested primarily in leading exercise in a group setting, NETA’s Group Exercise Instructor Certification is one of only two in America that have earned NCCA accreditation. This course will educate aspiring instructors on the cutting edge of the fitness industry trends, promote safe and effective teaching strategies, and help instructors develop the critical skills required to become an effective group exercise instructor.
